MAY 20 & 21 Results Beyond The Salon

This is the very next educational designed to add increased value to your stylist’s resume. These are the softer skills - the rapport building and relationship skills that will go very far. Philip calls these, “Consultive Relationships.” This is what the actual brochure says: Results Beyond The Salon: Teach your hairdresser how to professionally connect, personalize conversation, and educate today’s busy and savvy clientele. Discover the tools of interactive Consultive Relationship that instill discussions about upcoming beauty trends, product customization and usage, and at-home-on-your-own client hairstyling. Easily meet and surpass client expectaions, resulting in greater retention, referrals, and product and service sales.

JUNE 3rd & 4th Photosynthesis 07

This is a personal favorite of mine. We actually get to go through the whole process of a photo shoot. Models cameras lights action - lot’s of cords. Student stylists actually learn how to produce session photography from their own work that has the potential to get noticed by beauty and fashion editors. And, can be used for salon advertisments, posters, brochures, flyers and other marketing media. A great oppurtunity for new salons that need editorial coverage as well as established salons promoting a new hair cut collection or updating their image.

JULY 8th & 9th Leadership Summit

If this title sounds serious it is because it is seroius. This is the one for entrepreneurial-spirited hairdressers managers and owners, launching, improving and re-inventing industry standards from with-in their own salon or spa. A topical current industry issue is addressed and educated by a trade expert in order to motivate entire organizations at varying levels of business. Topics vary based on audience attendees and fluctuate with marketplace trends and demands. This weekend will feature Marianne Dougherty, Editor of American Salon Magazine.
